Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Everything you order at Joinjoyous.com is made especially for you. For every piece in our collection, the estimated processing time is listed on the product page. Add the processing time to the shipping time for an estimate as to when you will receive your order.

Processing time – It differs from product to product. It is requested 3-6 working days to handcraft if there are no special circumstances. Please refer to a more accurate processing time noted under the product page add-to-cart button.

Shipping time - Many factors can affect transportation time. We make every effort to ship your product out as soon as possible within the time frame that is listed on each product page.

* Please note that the above time frame doesn't include production time or account for delays caused by vendors , weather, and other force majeure.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping Address - The shipping address will be taken from the PayPal record (PayPal checkout model). The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However, once we ship your orders, the shipping method or address can't be changed.

If there is a problem with your address and that caused the package to return, then you will be charged for the shipping cost if you require a refund.

Order Status & Shipping Notification - Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email. The email will contain shipment details, the Order Number and a link to check the order status. To track your order on Joinjoyous.com, visit the track my order page. You will need your Order Number and email address.
