Where is your company located?

Designed and handcrafted in-house at our state-of-the-art studio headquartered in New York, each beautiful piece is custom-made to be as unique and authentic as you are.

Do you have any retail locotions?

Currently not yet, in order to eliminate the extra costs associated with physical storefronts (rent, insurance, staff), but we are going to launch our gifts stores across the United States & Canada soon.

How do I make changes after my order has been placed?

If you notice a mistake with your order after receiving an order confirmation email, please email to [email protected]. If it's after business hours, leave us a clear and detailed message with your name, phone number, and order number if available.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal Express, PayPal Credit, and all major credit cards.

How do you secure my payment informattion?

We take security very seriously and do not process any of your payment information ourselves. All payment related matters on Joinjoyous.com are handled by PayPal and credit card company.

Is my personal information kept private?

We are totally committed to protecting your privacy. We will not disclose information about our customers or visitors to third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you - e.g. arranging for a product to be sent to you, carrying out credit and other security checks and for the purposes of customer research and profiling or where we have your express permission to do so. How much does the shipping cost?

We provide FREE Standard Shipping worldwide according to the order amount. For international orders, rates and shipping time differ from country to country, for more details, please visit Shipping & Delivery.

How long do I get my item?

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time. It differs from product to product. It is requested 3-6 working days to handcraft if there are no special circumstances. Please refer to a more accurate processing time noted under the product page add-to-cart button.

Will have to pay customs duties, taxes or other fees?

You will not be charged any consumption tax. However, you may need to pay the customs duties by yourself.

What is your return policy?
